EPX Construction Partners was founded in 2014 by Chris Malooly, who wanted to bring his real estate development and construction expertise back to his hometown of El Paso, Texas. Guided by the belief that honesty builds stronger foundations, EPX quickly became a trusted general contractor in the region.
Over time, EPX evolved into a multi-state operation serving clients across Texas, New Mexico, and the greater Southwest — offering services in general construction, real estate development, and consulting.
In 2020, EPX expanded into New Mexico under the leadership of Larry “Ty” Perry, who brought more than 28 years of experience in the local construction industry and strong relationships that have driven the company’s continued growth.
