A Texas-based construction firm is entering a new phase of growth as it rebrands and strengthens its operations in New Mexico.
El Paso–based EPPX Construction has officially rebranded as EPX Construction Partners, marking a strategic move to expand its capabilities beyond general contracting. Under its new name, EPX will not only continue delivering high-quality construction services but will also operate as a developer, acquiring and managing real estate assets across the region.
Ty Perry, Regional Vice President of Operations, said the timing is ideal for the company’s expansion. He noted that after a successful first year establishing its presence in New Mexico, EPX is positioned to take advantage of a growing pipeline of projects and increased investment from major employers such as Amazon, Facebook, and Netflix.
“There are so many exciting things happening in New Mexico,” Perry said. “It looks like the warehouse and industrial markets are starting to take off. I think the timing is just right to come in.”
